Following the complimentary 20 minute online informational meet and greet, new clients begin the consulting experience by choosing one of the packages listed below. New Client Packages include an informal assessment/screener and intake. This process assists us in identifying strengths, challenges, and areas of need. It is a look at how you perceive your level of functioning and ability across various areas of daily life skills.

Package A: 3 Session Plan $575

This package is for the person looking to obtain a more in-depth, individualized profile of information identifying strengths, challenges, and areas of need. They may be seeking information to share with others, such as a romantic partner, physician, counselor, or supervisor. This package would be considered more of a consulting versus coaching experience. *(See Below)

Includes:

90 min. informal assessment and intake session (involves more assessment tools than the other packages).
50 min. feedback, education, goal/focus/prioritizing session.
50 min. follow-up, progress monitoring, discussion session.
Individualized Report including results and recommendations.
Brief text/email check-ins between sessions.
Summary Notes for each session.
Consultant's time between sessions compiling information, notes, reports, etc.
Fidget Toy (must be able to pick up in office)

Package B: 6 Session Plan $900

Most popular new client package!! Designed for the person who wishes to spend time learning about, processing, and improving specific problem areas in their life resulting from EFS challenges. Many coaches and consultants recommend a minimum of 6 sessions in order to see meaningful results.

Includes:

90 min. screener and intake process. Assessment is briefer than package A.
50 min. feedback, education, goal/focus/prioritizing session.
4- 50 min. follow-up, progress monitoring, discussion sessions.
New Client Screening Results Summary and Information Packet.
Brief text/email check-ins between sessions.
Summary Notes for each session
Consultant's time between sessions compiling information, notes, reports, etc.
Fidget Toy (must be able to pick up in office)

Package C: 12 Session Plan $1500

This package is a cost effective option for clients who know they want to put in extensive time and attention toward their goals. It is designed to span three months of weekly sessions with email/text communication between sessions.

Includes:

90 min. screener and intake process. Assessment is briefer than package A.
50 min. feedback, education, goal/focus/prioritizing session.
9- 50 min. follow-up, progress monitoring, discussion sessions.
New Client Screening Results Summary and Information Packet.
Brief text/email check-ins between sessions.
Summary Notes for each session
Consultant's time between sessions compiling information, notes, reports, etc.

Neurodivergent Couples:

7 Session Plan $1,000

Designed for couples in which one or both partners have a diagnosis, suspected diagnosis, or condition impacting executive functioning skills. Sessions are aimed at helping couples navigate differences in a supportive way, as well as developing strategies for managing conflict.

Includes:

60 min. screener and intake session for each client (to take place separately during the same week).
50 min. feedback, education, goal/focus/prioritizing session (couple meets together for this and all following sessions).
4- 50 min. follow-up, progress monitoring, discussion sessions.
New Client Screening Results Summary and Information Packet.
Brief text/email check-ins between sessions.
Summary Notes for each session
Consultant's time between sessions compiling information, notes, reports, etc.
2 Fidget Toys (must be able to pick up in office)

Established Clients:

All rates include session notes and brief texting/emailing between sessions.

6- 50 minute sessions: $720 ($120/session)
4- 50 minute sessions: $540 ($135/session)
1- 50 minute session: $150

Coaches and consultants are not able to bill insurance, therefore I am not able to accept insurance at this time. I am also not able to provide a super bill for insurance. Payment installment options are available and detailed in the service contract.
